Among the many key strengths of our laboratories’ testing experience is the metallurgical and mechanical testing of welds / welders / weld procedures. This assists in original production set up and final approval for despatch, provides certifications of competence, establishes strength and performance capability, provides advice when in new areas of joining with advanced technology. Automotive, energy generation and distribution, aerospace, general engineering in both UK and Overseas are making an increasing demand for our help.

Our Director and General Manager is ‘Chief Enthusiast’ as a Senior Member of the Welding Institute and past Member/ Chairman of various, related British Standards Committees.
